"Jelly Bean" Android's rumored, 5.0 OS

Is it too soon to be talking about a new OS in the android world???? Considering ICS being "all the rage". The new kid on the block has barely showed it's classy personality for many devices and handsets this year.

According to an ASUS VP who dropped a line to "TechRadar" he quotes,  "ASUS is very close to Google, so once they have Android 5.0 I think there will be a high possibility that we will be the first wave to offer the Jelly Bean update."
Having said that, Google has yet to confirm the next available OS themselves, so all of this is still speculation. Call me crazy, but if you put the facts together and what we already know for example, ASUS was the first company to push the ICS OS to their products, they are also one of many company's who are fighting for the next "Nexus" series of phones.  So infact if the Jelly Bean turns out to be the real deal and ASUS does build ontop of their growing friendship with Google, well who knows they may  score the deal to manufacture  Google's  "prince charming "  NEXUS device and rumored tablet. If the stars line up this way for ASUS, I would bet money the VP infact has all too much confidence in what he had blurted out all too soon.  If your a technology guru who craves the latest and greatest,  all im saying is you may want to think 0f purchasing an ASUS branded device in the future  ;0) .

This is all too much for me as I'm still waiting for my tasty
"ice cream sandwich"
for my Nexus S device, in the mean time I'll go snack on that ... "Key Lime Pie"
rumored to be in the fridge! ;0)
